Here is the picture for ~Smclppp who won my secret contest of being the 500th fav on my Sailor Chibi Moon picture [link] .
She requested a drawing of Sailor Chibi Moon and Pegasus. I realized after I drew Helios that it may have actually been the actual horse that was requested...whoops. I hope she likes it anyways. :3 I haven't actually drawn a male anime character in I can't even remember when!

About the picture, my scanner wouldn't pick up my light penil shading on the wings and I know there are several wrong angles happening. I sure do enjoy trying to figure out how to draw those boots at different angles, though!
