Sailor Chibi Moon

I haven't done anything like this in sooooo long. I found an old lineart of this while browsing through some folders from back-in-the-day and decided to give it some color. I'm pretty sure the pose is mine but if it isn't, please don't hurt me! I was pretty lost during the coloring so most of the highlights and shadows are results of 'well I guess this looks good here!' And let me tell you that it took a dang freaking time to find reference for that wand!
